At Ozark Endodontic Solutions, we believe in fee transparency. We always want you to know what to expect.

The cases referred to our office range in terms of complexity. Costs will vary based on what is needed to treat your tooth.

Consultations, which include 3D and 2D x-rays and chair-side evaluation and discussion with Dr. Pasque, are $280.

Depending on the tooth, initial root canal treatment will cost $1430-1970. Root canal retreatment (when redoing an old root canal) will cost $1680- 2220.

These price ranges include the cost of the foundation filling, called the “core buildup.” We strongly believe that completing this restoration at our office (instead of placing a temporary filling on the tooth) is the best way to preserve our work for long-term success. In our minds, the root canal isn’t finished until this permanent filling is placed. Unless your tooth needs a crown, this means the treatment will be finished at our office.

There will never be additional charges once a fee has been determined.

Due to the unique nature of our practice, we are not “in-network” with any dental insurance plans. Remaining out-of-network helps us dedicate more time to your treatment, use the most advanced techniques and technologies, and prioritize outcomes that will last. Although payment in full is due at the time of service, rest assured that we will do our best to maximize your insurance reimbursement. Please bring your insurance information with you and we will file the claim on your behalf as an out-of-network provider.
